If you spend over £55 online, you will receive FREE Delivery* to anywhere in the UK mainland. This offer is not applicable for orders to non-UK mainland destinations ie. (Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands).

*FREE delivery is offered only for ONE parcel up to 28kg. If the order is over 28kg, then you will be charged a delivery fee. ie. If your order is, for example, 36kg you will receive one free parcel charge and you will pay for one delivery charge.

Free Delivery offers can be used in conjunction with discount offers; however, the minimum limit of £55 must be met after discounts have been applied.

*If you have ordered fresh/frozen items, and have met the £55 free delivery offer. You will still be charged £4.50 for fresh/frozen packaging.

WHEN ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK - If your order falls under £55 after deducting the out of stock items, you will have a choice to either pay for the delivery charge or add additional items to meet the £55 FREE delivery condition.

If you spend £55 and over you will receive FREE delivery. If you order dry and fresh/frozen, this will be treated as TWO separate orders and you will need to spend £55 on both to receive free delivery.

Please make sure you are at the address provided between these hours and it is important to answer the driver's call.

Fail to do the above will incur an additional re-delivery charge.

Incorrect contact information could cause a delay in delivery.

Perishable goods (fresh & frozen)

Please check fresh and frozen items immediately upon delivery, as we cannot accept returns on fresh and frozen items unless they are immediately returned with the delivery driver.


Click & Collect Service

Our Click & Collect Services is only available for residents living in Greater Manchester.
You can order everything including fresh & frozen products for Click & Collect.
Once your order is placed, you can collect your order the next day after 12 pm at our  Store. UNIT 14, Piccadilly Trading Estate, Gidding Rd, Manchester M1 2NP
Order over £50 to enjoy free delivery.
We will send you an email once your order is ready for collection. There are two ways to collect your order.

you can park outside on UNIT 14, Piccadilly Trading Estate, Gidding Rd, Manchester M1 2NP Call 00000000000, state your order number and car model, and we will bring your order to your car

Packaging & Fresh / Frozen Delivery


Your order will be carefully packed and all glass bottles will be protected with bubble wrap to ensure there are no damages during transit. We re-use good condition boxes to limit wastage.

 Fresh & Frozen Packaging (outside of Manchester)

We pack fresh and frozen items using our poly box and sorba freeze ice pack system.
* Our ice pack system can keep the frozen items below 3°C upon arrival. The frozen items might be slightly defrosted on the surface, but will still be in their best condition for refreezing or immediate consumption. Once your parcel has been received, please place these items in the freezer straight away.

Fees and Delivery Services

There is an extra charge of £4.50 for fresh and frozen items due to the cost of packaging. Express shipping (overnight) will be selected as your shipping method to ensure the best possible quality of your products.

Dispatching Your Order

We dispatch orders with fresh and frozen items from Tuesday to Thursday.
Receiving the Parcels

You must ensure that you are at the address on the day of delivery to sign for the parcels.

Any frozen or fresh items that are damaged because of a failed delivery attempt are non-refundable.

Any complaints about the fresh and frozen items must be reported to us within 2-3 hours after you receive the parcels. Have Best  holds the right to make the final decisions for any complaints after that.
Please note: Fresh & Frozen items can only be delivered within the UK mainland and parts of Scotland.



Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return any item after you have received your order, you may do so within 14 working days after the parcel is delivered. Items can be exchanged or refunded provided they are unopened in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any fresh vegetables, chilled, or frozen items.

*Please note that if you return any item due to a change of mind, you are liable for any return postage costs and postage costs for the exchange.
Broken or damaged item

We try to ensure all parcels are packaged well. But in the event that an item in your parcel is broken or damaged during transit, please contact us straight away within 14 days so we can investigate the cause. To start the claim, we require a photo of the damaged/broken item. From this, we can then either replace or refund you.
Incorrect or missing item

In the unlikely event that an item from your order is incorrect or missing, please contact us straight away within 14 days and inform our team which item(s) are missing. From this, we will send you the correct item and we will be liable for any extra postage costs. We may also ask you to send back the incorrect item for which we will provide the return label.

If Have Best has to issue a refund to you due to any circumstance, this will be issued within 7 working days of the inquiry being raised. Refunds will be issued to the card that was used to pay for the original order.
